Konnected Concepts is a leading managed service provider specializing in IoT connectivity, hardware procurement, deployment, and comprehensive telecommunications solutions. We partner with major carriers like Verizon and AT&T to offer cutting-edge services to our clients. The demand for our IT services is massive and we are looking for a self-motivated and disciplined salesperson who will be rewarded with generous compensation. **Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role requires a high-energy professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for managing a range of sales activities, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Manage daily sales activities including lead follow-up, deal closing, and post-sales support.
- Prepare and deliver presentations virtually to promote our services.
- Work closely with our partners at Verizon and AT&T to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Must have a four-year college degree.
- Must have 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Must have excellent interpersonal and professional skills.
- Must have high proficiency in English.
- Experience in Business Development, Account Management, and C-Level Presentations
- A PLUS is strong experience in selling the following: Routers, VoIP systems, Software, IT, and SaaS platforms.
**Workspace Requirement**
- Ability to perform work remotely, while on live camera with virtual office team.
- Quality computer (desktop or laptop), with a good quality microphone and video camera.
- Reliable and stable internet connection.
- Backup power solutions (e.g., UPS, generator, backup lighting, inverter, etc.).
**Working Days**: Monday - Friday
**Shift Duration**: 8hrs
**Time Range**: 08:00 - 17:00 (PST -California)
**Compensation**: Competitive compensation in USD (Rates aligned with local market)
**Work Location**:Remote.
