Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base. Present and promote products to meet client requirements effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitors to optimize sales strategies. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's offerings. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes. A successful Sales Representative should have: Experience in sales, particularly in the industrial and manufacturing industry (Painting) Techinical Knowledge in pretreatments Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Competitive salary between $35.000 MXN and $50.000 MXN monthly. Permanent position with stability and growth opportunities. Superior Law Benefits as part of the benefits package.
