- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the industrial and manufacturing industry.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.

- Present and promote products to meet client requirements effectively.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends and competitors to optimize sales strategies.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's offerings.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Perfil buscado

- Experience in sales, particularly in the industrial and manufacturing industry (Painting)

- Techinical Knowledge in pretreatments

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Fluent English required.
