THE POSITION About the Opportunity: This isn’t just another management role, it’s your chance to grow and build a branch from the ground up. As Branch Manager, you’ll take full ownership of growing their Monterrey operation, assembling a high-performing team, and setting the tone for long-term success. You’ll lead the charge in sales, operations, service excellence, and team development. Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new sales and business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Operations Management: Ensuring efficient and effective daily operations, including managing logistics, transportation, and warehouse activities. Customer Service: Providing excellent service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Team Management: Recruiting, training, and developing a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Financial Management: Monitoring branch performance, managing budgets, and ensuring profitability. THE CANDIDATE What We’re Looking For We’re looking for an exceptional leader, a high-energy, hands-on professional with a record of accomplishment of results. You bring: Proven success in driving sales and growing business. Sales experience in Monterrey, Mexico with a solid network. Experience managing a team. Prefer experience as a sales manager, branch manager or similar. Strong knowledge of transportation, preferably Air & Ocean freight, and international supply chains Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Fluent in English and Spanish. Able to travel. Possess valid U.S. Visa. Outstanding commercial acumen and financial knowledge (i.e., budgeting, performance metrics, P&L understanding, and profit margins).
