HR Operations Manager**LOCATION:**Monterrey, NLE, MX, 66265Ciudad de Mexico, Distrito Federal, MX, 01210Jalisco, JAL, MX, 45040Toluca, Mexico State, MX, 50160**REQ ID**:37252If you are a current employee click here to apply.**Ubicación de la Vacante****Descripción del Puesto**Nuestro HR Operations Manager tiene como retos el proponer, coordinar, supervisar y ejecutar planes y actividades del departamento, apoyando al logro de las metas organizacionales, con un enfoque humano, logrando un equilibrio entre el bienestar del trabajador así como de la empresa.**Responsabilidades Principales**- Supervisar/Ejecutar la pre-nómina para que se procese en tiempo y forma, garantizando el pago correcto a todo el personal.- Mantener un equilibrio en las relaciones laborales, resultado del trabajo con el grupo sindical, procurando el bien común (empresa y trabajador)- En coordinación con el departamento de Comunicación, Analizar, administrar y definir las estrategias de difusión de la información (Videos, Imágenes, Anuncios, boletines informativos, Pizarrones, etc.), garantizando la comunicación interna en tiempo y forma.- Fomentar y organizar actividades para mejorar el buen clima laboral.- Atender y Orientar al personal de acuerdo a sus dudas o necesidades.- Coordinar y supervisar los procesos administrativos del personal (contratos, vacaciones, expedientes, aniversarios, cambios de categorías, incidencias nominales, etc.), ofreciendo un servicio de calidad en tiempo y forma a nuestros clientes.- Administrar el procedimiento de contratación, garantizando las contrataciones en tiempo y forma.- Garantizar óptimos cierres laborales(Voluntarias e involuntarias) aplicando el procedimiento establecido.- Atender oficios ante diversas dependencias gubernamentales como la Junta de Conciliación y Arbitraje y/o Juzgado de lo Familiar.- Proponer mejoras en los procesos para optimizar tiempo y/o calidad en el servicio.- Administrar los proveedores del Comedor, Practicantes, Agencia, garantizando un servicio adecuado y el pago de los mismo.**Habilidades**- Experiência como generalista de Recursos Humanos.- Experiência en pre-nómina y nómina.- Conocimiento de la Ley Federal del Trabajo.- **Inglés Avanzado.**:- Conocimiento de Microsoft Office.- Experiência en trato con sindicatos.Requisition id: 37252Relocation: NoAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or protected veteran status.LINK1 MON1**WHY WORK AT SEALED AIR?**It is our responsibility to leverage what we have to affect positive and meaningful change for our communities and planet using Sealed Air’s global resources and expertise.Corporate sustainability.
