Coordinate all logistics for client and candidate interactions, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of materials. Support business development efforts by preparing pitch materials, organizing events, and tracking key client activities. Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage priorities proactively. Ensure a high standard of professionalism and discretion when interacting with senior-level executives and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree Fluent English (both oral and written) (C1-C2) Minimum of 5 years' experience serving in an administrative function, ideally within a professional services firm. Able to manage multiple projects with set deadlines as time management, prioritization, diligent attention to detail and judgment are critical in this role. Ability to work in ambiguous environments and comfortable with the unknown, as well as work well under pressure, solve problems. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written). Salary: $50,000-$55,000 MXN gross monthly+ Superior Benefits Monterrey, Nuevo Leoón - Arboleda Hybrid work model: 4 days in office / 1 day remote
