The Role:Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for: Cooperating during the launch phase of new processes and equipment to production and analyze future risks in production and require solutions and verification of the supplier's performance in cooperation of equipment and process engineer. Verifying the defined process parameters, with a preliminary capacity study to ensure that the defined ranges will meet the expectation in production, then create the Data Sheets appropriately. Validating of the process and characteristics based on specifications using statistical methods ejm. SPC, CpK Studies, DOE. Coordinating with Quality to create "samples" for preseries and production series based on specifications and training key people using validated work instructions in cooperation with production and support of pilot line and preseries. Providing maintenance with the necessary documentation (part history of each process, data sheets, etc.) and reviewing the planning of engineering changes in production, identify the effects and send the information to coordination of engineering changes. Determining possible risks in production in order for actions to be taken. Supporting production in series (eg Scrap, Productivity, etc.) and develop and evaluate potential improvements (costs, quality, cycle time) focused on increasing efficiency. Perform process validation annually, analyzing their capacity, CpK and maintain process documentation updated at all times and conduct process optimization analysis.. Actively participate in all activities and programs of the company (Quality, Ideas for Improvement, Training, Human Resources, Safety, Hygiene and Environment, etc.) The Requirements: Bachelor´s Degree with a minimum 3 years of experience in similar role. Solid experience with sewing processes in the Automotive industry. Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques. Solid knowledge in Problem solving tools, AMEF/PFMEA and SPC. Advanced English is mandatory.
