Job Description: AEP Solution Architect Key Roles & Responsibilities: As an AEP Solution Architect (SA), you will play a pivotal role in our client accounts, holding a strategic position. Your responsibilities include: Strategic Solution Design: Understand the business needs of our clients and design technical solutions to meet those needs. Technological Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools, ensuring the utilization of the most effective solutions. Mentorship: Mentor junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge. Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience. Adobe Experience Platform (AEP): Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, including Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), Experience Data Model (XDM), Adobe Journey Optimizer. Cloud Technologies: Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and their integration with Adobe Experience Platform. Customer Journey Analytics: Good understanding of Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform Launch. Hands-on Expertise: Hands-on experience with XDM design, Data sources, Destinations, Audience segmentation, Identity graph, and profiling. Journey Optimization: Hands-on experience in building complex journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer and analyzing data. Data Privacy: Good understanding of data privacy best practices. Integration and Development: Experience with Data integration, ETL processes, and API development using tools like Postman, Adobe I/O, Adobe Sensei, and Adobe Experience Platform APIs. Web Technologies: Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Activation Platforms: Experience with activation platforms and concepts (e.g., CMS, DAM, ad serving). Pre-sales Support: Support the Sales Team for pre-sales activities, including technical questionnaires, platform solution integration recommendations, solution architecture, estimates, proposal presentations, etc. Architectural Vision: Outline current and future vision architecture, including traceability from business and IT strategies to suggested technologies. Collaboration: Collaborate on initiatives to maintain productive foundations through upgrades and continuous improvements.
