Buscamos un
Associate General Manager
con sólida trayectoria liderando unidades de negocio de automatización industrial y proyectos "turnkey" a nivel global. La posición será responsable de diseñar la estrategia, liderar equipos multiculturales de alto desempeño y garantizar la rentabilidad y escalabilidad de operaciones internacionales en sectores como Automotriz, Aeropuertos, Energía, Alimentos & Bebidas, Minería y Logística.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Definir e implementar la visión estratégica de servicios de automatización con enfoque en rentabilidad y expansión internacional.
  • Dirigir equipos de ingeniería multidisciplinarios (50+ personas) asegurando excelencia técnica y operativa.
  • Supervisar el ciclo completo de proyectos: desarrollo de negocio, negociación, diseño, ejecución y operación.
  • Gestionar despliegues multinacionales, cumplimiento regulatorio, contratos internacionales y movilidad laboral.
  • Desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con clientes globales y socios de negocio en más de 15 países.
  • Identificar y conquistar mercados de nicho con alto potencial de rentabilidad.
  • Asegurar estandarización de procesos, disciplina operativa y cumplimiento de márgenes superiores al 25%.

Perfil profesional

  • Más de 15 años
    de experiencia comprobable en automatización industrial, proyectos EPC o servicios de ingeniería.
  • Éxito demostrado en escalar operaciones desde equipos pequeños a unidades internacionales rentables.
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos multiculturales en al menos
    10 países
    .
  • Dominio de tecnologías de automatización:
    PLC, SCADA, robótica, sistemas de trazabilidad y manejo inteligente de materiales.
  • Experiencia en
    Power Generation (Gas, Vapor, Hidroeléctrico, Ciclo Combinado o Solar)
    .
  • Capacidad para gestionar presupuestos multimillonarios y mantener márgenes superiores al 25%.

Educación y certificaciones

  • Maestría en Telecomunicaciones o Ingeniería
    (preferente).
  • Certificación PMP
    (requisito indispensable).
  • Strategic Thinking Program – Cambridge Judge Business School.
  • Certificación en AI & Machine Learning – MIT
    (deseable).
