Regional Sales Manager:
Objective:
Provide vision, strategic direction and leadership to the Sales Organization. Further develop the leadership skills of the channel partners net, the Industrial Regional sales, to meet/exceed Channel sales goals in each region. Via sales skills and product training and thorough KPI management, uphold a highly knowledgeable, professional and responsive sales network. Lead exceptional customer relationship with key players in our channel partner net. Work in collaboration with Product managers ans Regional Sales Managers to provide strategic vision and leadership toward the creation of a cohesive Channel net sales approach for all areas & product marketing groups. Communicate the needs of distribution channels into all areas of MX Subsidiary leadership. Develop processes and programs that leverage product sales data and customer behavior to make proper business decisions and expand customer revenue.
Requirements:
- Enginnering BS: Electrical, Automation
- 5 years leading sales teams
- Advanced English, Office, CRM, SAP(desired)
- Outstanding communication skills – written, verbal and listening.
- Customer focused.
- Experience in working with industrial and automation distributors.
- Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Experience with a customer relationship management software package.
- Demonstrate initiative by understanding what actions need to be taken and completing the required tasks while seeking the perspective of others as required.
- Demonstrate an honest and forthright presence by taking responsibility for own mistakes and not blaming others, and by doing what he / she commits to doing.

- Achieve and/or exceed revenue objectives as agreed upon with Business Areas.
- Translate the functional areas growth vision into a strategic executable plan for the Industrial Sales Team & Channel distribution net.
- Lead corporate sales initiatives pertaining to ICE and IMA by providing leadership in process improvements, cross segment integration with DC, and overall strategic vision for corporate sales acumen.
- Be primary corporate contact for Distribution and Channel north america Executives. coordinate & Execute with regional managers the crooss collaboration activities in north america
- Lead the commercial policy in all Regions in coordination with Regional Sales Managers.
- Coordinate, develop and execute Channel Sales plans, policies and processes.
- Lead the commercial campaigns in the development and execution of regional growth plans with Channels.
- Build and maintain Director and Executive level relationships at distribution partners.
- Develop, robustly monitor and concisely report on Channel Sales Department KPIs.
- Establish leadership growth plans for Distribution Channels.

- Monthly Salary: 90,000-110,000 mxn before taxes
