As a User Operations Intern, you will support the Growth Ops team in driving user growth and engagement. You'll gain hands-on experience in analyzing user data, designing promotional strategies, and coordinating cross-functional projects that improve the user journey. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn how tech companies scale products and optimize operations.

• Support merchant growth campaigns across convenience, grocery, and pharmacy categories.
• Analyze performance metrics (orders, coupons, GMV, retention rates) and prepare weekly reports.
• Assist with the design, testing, and tracking of user incentives and promotional strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing, commercial, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Help monitor user feedback, identify pain points, and suggest improvements to the user experience.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking against competitors.
• Support day-to-day operations, including updating internal trackers and documenting processes.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Interest in tech, e-commerce, or delivery platforms.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
