We are hiring: Render Quality Team Leader

Purpose

To lead and inspire the Render Quality team in driving the overall growth of our Render business. The Render Quality Team Leader will work closely with Renders Management and editors to achieve Quality outputs, while collaborating effectively with stakeholders and other leaders to implement strategies and deliver results in this area.

Responsibilities

As our Render Quality Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and inspire the Render Quality team to ensure consistent high-quality outputs.
  • Monitor, review, and improve render production processes, systems, and standards.
  • Guide and support render editors (internal and external), providing training, feedback, and resources.
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Sales, and 3D Modelling teams to maintain editor capacity and ensure accurate, high-quality renders.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and post-production standards, including realism, art direction, color correction, and grading.
  • Participate in cross-team meetings and provide actionable insights on trends, performance, and improvements.
  • Produce statistical and feedback reports to track quality standards and editor performance.
  • Supervise project management staff and provide guidance to Project Management Team Leaders.
  • Work with management to design and deliver render training programs, including syllabi and modules.
  • Research new products, tools, and industry trends, and implement relevant updates to improve workflow and quality.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of editors for all projects.
  • Maintain a record of editors' skills, specialties, and capacity, coordinating with Recruitment as needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments to deliver consistent quality and excellent customer support.

This role is available for the Night Shift (12am - 9am AEST)
