What will you do?
Take the Lead with These Responsibilities:
- Assist in customs compliance activities for import/export operations under IMMEX and other trade programs.
- Prepare and review customs documentation (pedimentos, invoices, packing lists).
- Monitor shipments and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with customs brokers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and customs databases.
- Support audits and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Who will you report to?
- Reports to Customs Supervisor.
- Works closely with Customs Coordinators, Logistics Team, and Finance.
- This is a support role, offering visibility to management and stakeholders.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Currently pursuing a degree in International Business, Logistics, Customs, or related field.
- Basic understanding of import/export processes and trade regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English proficiency for handling bilingual documentation
