What's the role?

As a Platform Adoption & Migration Specialist, you will help stabilize our platform business and drive adoption across customer segments. Your initial focus will be on ensuring smooth platform operations post-SaaS migrations, followed by accelerating customer onboarding and usage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and optimize platform operations for stability and scalability.
  • Implement governance and performance monitoring frameworks.
  • Drive migration programs from legacy SaaS solutions to the platform.
  • Act as an expert on platform capabilities and adoption best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing on enablement materials.
  • Analyze usage patterns and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Represent the platform at industry events and customer forums.

IMPORTANT:

  • This position follows a hybrid working arrangement, three days on-site in our LEON- MEXICO office and two days remote (work from home).

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in SaaS business operations, platform adoption, or technology business development.
  • Proven track record in SaaS migrations and business models, including managing complex operational processes and adoption strategies.
  • Strong experience in customer engagement, positioning, and stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency with SaaS-specific tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Jira, or Gong.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS KPIs (MRR, ARR, Expansion MRR, CAC, LTV, Churn, NRR).
  • Fluency in English.
