This AR is for allocation purpose(Carlos Gonzale) Technical Troubleshooting: o Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. o Escalate problems to higher-level support teams as needed, ensuring prompt resolution. 3. User Training and Documentation: o Assist users in understanding the use of hardware and software applications. o Create and maintain documentation related to troubleshooting procedures and end-user guides. 4. System Monitoring and Maintenance: o Monitor the performance of desktop infrastructure and systems to proactively identify and resolve issues. o Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as applying updates and patches to systems. 5. Customer Service: o Provide excellent customer service and support to internal users, ensuring their technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively. o Communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and understandable manner. 6. Compliance and Security: o Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures regarding system access and data security. o Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard information against unauthorized access. Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or Desktop Support Engineer, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with desktop and laptop hardware components and peripherals.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure.
