Requirements
- Strong expertise in backend development.
- Deep knowledge of Azure services including App Service, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Event Grid, and Service Bus.
- Experience with Azure Container Apps (ACA).
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with identity and access management (Azure AD, Managed Identities).
- In‑depth understanding of Azure SDKs, APIs, authentication/authorization, data storage options, compute/container deployment, debugging, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Practical hands‑on experience working with the Microsoft Azure platform.
Nice to Have:
- Microsoft Azure Developer Associate (AZ‑204) certification.
Responsibilities
- Design APIs, contracts, endpoints, and integration patterns for scalable backend services.
- Architect backend solutions aligned with Azure best practices.
- Implement backend features using and Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Service, and API Management.
- Review and challenge Azure service proposals to ensure scalability, cost‑efficiency, and security.
- Collaborate closely with architects and backend developers to align technical decisions with business objectives.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to the development team.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for performance, monitoring, security, and compliance.
