We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager who can lead project delivery while contributing hands-on to technical execution. This hybrid role combines delivery management responsibilities with individual technical contributions, ensuring successful project outcomes and high-quality deliverables.

​​​​​​Information Security Responsibilities
  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols.
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and product management.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
  • Prepare and present status reports to leadership and clients.
  • Demonstrate strong team handling and leadership skills to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Actively participate in design, development, and troubleshooting of complex systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Review code, architecture, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Drive automation, performance optimization, and scalability improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards.
  • Implement and improve Agile/Scrum processes for efficient delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent team handling and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
  • Proven track record in technical project delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with security compliance tools (e.g., WhiteSource, Polaris).
  • PMP or Agile certifications (optional but desirable).
