  • SR BI ANALYST-

Tus habilidades y experiencia:

  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Estadística, Economía, Sistemas, o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia: Al menos 2 años de experiencia en roles similares (Analista BI, Data Analyst, Reporting Specialist).
  • Dominio de herramientas de visualización de datos (idealmente Power BI) y bases de datos (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
  • Conocimientos técnicos:
  • Experiencia en manejo, transformación y limpieza de datos (ETL). Deseable conocimiento del sector seguros o financiero.
  • Requisitos: Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
  • Competencias clave:
  • Enfoque en el cliente (interno y externo).
  • Innovación y aprendizaje continuo.
  • Colaboración y trabajo interdisciplinario.
  • Cumplimiento de políticas, lineamientos y estándares de Zurich.

Responsabilidades:

  • Analizar grandes volúmenes de datos provenientes de diversas fuentes internas y externas.
  • Desarrollar y mantener dashboards, reportes y soluciones visuales en herramientas como Power BI, Tableau o Qlik.
  • Colaborar con áreas como: Finanzas, Operaciones, Suscripción y Claims para entender sus necesidades de información.
  • Presentar hallazgos y recomendaciones de manera clara a diferentes audiencias, incluyendo perfiles técnicos y de negocio.
  • Asegurar la calidad, integridad y confidencialidad de los datos analizados.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos y reportes existentes, proponiendo soluciones innovadoras.
  • Participar en proyectos de automatización y data governance alineados a los lineamientos del grupo Zurich.
