Responsibilities
The Opportunity
We are looking for a IT Finance Sr. Analyst - Project Manager responsible for driving execution and governance of Infrastructure Cloud and IT Operations (I&O) financial and back-office processes across LatAm Sector and their alignment to global practices, identifying continuous improvement areas so that our services can operate without affecting our fundamentals.

  • Financial management, forecasting and reporting of investment, baseline and new run budgets across all S&T I&O towers and regions.
  • Full P2P processes oversight across all S&T I&O towers and regions.
  • Vendor/Contract management across all S&T I&O towers and interactions with SRM organizations.
  • Coordination of a team responsible for day-to-day activities related to the role within the regions.
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities and developing continuous improvement ideas for the development of the area.
  • This role is key in engaging with different internal and external teams (i.e. Finance, Procurement, MSP's) to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our activities.

Your Impact
As IT Finance Sr. Analyst - Project Manager your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Responsible for leading LatAm Backoffice team, executing preparation, tracking, and management of financials, including baseline and investment expense budgets.
  • Actively drives continuous improvement practices across key back-office processes such vendor management, SRM, and demand management.
  • Supports global programs and business projects by managing associated financials, tracking productivity, performing monthly projection (FORECAST) of collection, asset fixed capitalizations, debugging and reconciliation accounts, tracking of overdue balances and invoicing process ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborates closely with global vendors, steering them to deliver outcomes that add tangible value to the company.
  • Engage regional teams within the sector to ensure adherence to defined back-office practices and operational standards as well as delivering periodical reports to leadership to make decisions.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?

  • 3+ years of experience in investment and expense budget lifecycle management.
  • 3+ years of experience managing vendors in a multilingual/multi-technology environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in design and optimization of financial management processes.
  • Accounting and Financials, forecasting and reporting.
  • Previous experience in project management.
  • Advanced conversational English is a must.
  • Infrastructure Technology acumen.
  • Advanced Excel skills (including Macros, Visual Basic, Pivot Tables, and formulas) is a must.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI is a must.
