Estamos en búsqueda de un IT Applications Lead, responsable de liderar el área de aplicaciones de TI.

¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Liderar el desarrollo, mantenimiento y soporte de aplicaciones empresariales en Latinoamérica.

  • Analizar, diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones tecnológicas que optimicen los procesos del negocio.

  • Asegurar la integridad, disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los datos para la toma de decisiones.

  • Coordinar el despliegue y los rollouts de sistemas core y soluciones backoffice.

  • Establecer lineamientos para la gobernanza, mantenimiento y ciberseguridad de las aplicaciones.

  • Gestionar el ciclo de vida de las aplicaciones, desde su implementación hasta su desactivación.

  • Controlar el presupuesto del área (Capex / Opex) y los acuerdos de servicio (SLAs/OLAs) con proveedores.

  • Liderar los equipos de analítica y gestión de datos en toda la región.

  • Impulsar proyectos de transformación digital, soluciones sin papel (paperless) y automatización.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Licenciatura en Tecnologías de la Información, Ingeniería en Sistemas o carrera afín.

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia liderando proyectos y desarrollos en plataformas empresariales.

  • Experiencia en Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), SAP, WMS, bases de datos y desarrollo de APIs.

  • Conocimientos sólidos de arquitectura de sistemas, integracin de soluciones y gestión de datos.

  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado.

  • Certificación en metodologías de desarrollo o gestión de proyectos (deseable).

  • Habilidades de liderazgo, pensamiento analítico y colaboración transversal.
