Modalidad: Presencial (4 días oficina / 1 día home office)

Objetivo del puesto

Asegurar la operación logística de manera eficiente y oportuna, gestionando órdenes, inventarios, documentación y embarques. Mantener una coordinación fluida con clientes, almacenes 3PL y el corporativo en Corea para garantizar un flujo correcto de información y materiales.

Responsabilidades principales
  • Ingreso, seguimiento y reporte de órdenes (directas y en consignación).
  • Apoyo al equipo de ventas en control de inventarios, reportes y conciliaciones.
  • Administración de inventarios en almacenes 3PL y en consignación.
  • Gestión del calendario de embarques, coordinación de ventanas de entrega y actualización de estatus.
  • Revisión, validación y conciliación de documentos de embarque (POs, BL, facturas, packing, etc.).
  • Seguimiento a facturación y registro de pagos.
  • Gestión y monitoreo de cuentas por cobrar (AR), elaboración de reportes y alertas.
  • Atención, soporte y seguimiento a requerimientos de clientes.
  • Comunicación directa con oficinas corporativas en Corea (en inglés).
Requisitos
  • Experiencia previa en logística, supply chain, importaciones/exportaciones o posiciones afines.
  • Inglés intermedioavanzado (indispensable para comunicación con corporativo).
  • Conocimientos sólidos en manejo de inventarios, procesos logísticos y documentación de embarque.
  • Excel intermedio (deseable).
  • Habilidades de organización, seguimiento y atención al detalle.
