The Role

We're looking for a Sr. Analyst - Client Success to join our team, reporting to the Manager - Client Success Management. In this role, you'll help shape how we deliver exceptional client experiences by building scalable processes, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence across the Customer Success function.

You'll fit right in if you're detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about creating efficiencies that make a global impact.

What You'll Do

  • Build and standardize processes and best practices to support the Customer Success team and cross-functional partners.
  • Define and produce KPIs, executive reporting, and dashboards that drive insights and decisions.
  • Maintain and optimize Customer Success tools and platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Coordinate compliance activities, including annual audits and vendor assessments.
  • Support event planning and communication efforts for webinars and customer engagements.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success operations or a similar role.
  • Strong ability to design and improve processes, manage data, and create actionable reporting.
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative, global environments.
  • Comfortable with tools like CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, and third-party portals.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with compliance management and audit processes.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and efficiency-driven technologies.
  • Background in SaaS or technology-driven organizations.

This position will be located in México and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
