IFS Supply Chain Management Application Owner

The Opportunity

We are supporting the launch of a
greenfield Industry 4.0 manufacturing facility
, offering the chance to join as a
founding team member
. This role provides a high level of autonomy, genuine ownership, and the opportunity to shape core systems from day one.

You'll work within a lean, experienced delivery team and play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and long-term ownership of
IFS Applications
within a modern, digitally driven factory environment.

The Role

As the IFS Supply Chain Management Application Owner, you will:

  • Take full ownership of
    IFS Applications
    , covering both solution and application management
  • Partner closely with external IFS consultants to drive system design and implementation
  • Support an
    Agile project delivery
    , starting from design through to Go-Live
  • Lead all implementation phases including:
  • Confirm Prototype
  • Solution Design & Configuration
  • Implementation
  • Go-Live & Stabilisation
  • Manage integrations with
    MES, WMS, and TMS
    systems
  • Define system configurations, reports, integrations, and required customisations
  • Train and support business users across supply chain functions
  • Coordinate and manage external IFS consulting resources

Your Background

Required:

  • 4–8 years of relevant supply chain systems experience
  • At least One
    IFS / ERP implementation
    , with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have:

  • Automotive or discrete manufacturing experience
  • Exposure to
    MES and WMS
    environments
  • Background in steel processing or heavy manufacturing
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management (APICS CPIM certification is an advantage)
