Technical Support Engineer (SaaS / SQL) | Customer Experience – Bilingual
What's the challenge?
This is more than a customer support role—it's a
Support Engineering
position. You will act as the technical bridge between global customers and our SaaS solution. Your role goes beyond ticket resolution, focusing on diagnosing complex issues using
SQL and logs
, while also training users on the platform's technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Level 2 Technical Support:
Diagnose incidents through root cause analysis across SaaS and legacy platforms. - Data Engineering Support:
Execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and resolve user issues. - Web Technologies:
Analyze system failures using knowledge of APIs (REST), XML, and JSON. - Customer Success:
Deliver technical demos, lead new customer onboarding, and conduct product training sessions. - Ticket Management:
Monitor and manage support tickets in accordance with defined SLAs using Jira and CRM tools.
Technical Profile (Hard Skills)
- Experience:
2–5 years in technical support for SaaS applications or data-driven environments. - Tech Stack:
Strong command of SQL (essential for querying) and solid understanding of APIs and web services. - Proven troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis capability.
- Languages:
Fluent in
English and Spanish
(mandatory – bilingual profile).
