About the Role

As a Master Data Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of Essity's supplier and customer data. This position offers global exposure, working closely with teams across multiple regions to support procurement, finance, and supply chain processes. You'll be part of a collaborative environment that values precision, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
  • Data Management: Create, maintain, and delete master data in SAP accurately and on time.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform data validation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, finance, and supply chain teams to collect and process data effectively.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure master data processes and standards are followed consistently.
  • Issue Resolution: Work within ServEss ticketing system to resolve issues and meet SLAs.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Provide input to networks and support others with master data expertise, including training sessions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and propose opportunities to enhance master data processes.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in master data management or related areas such as supply chain, accounts payable/receivable, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in SAP (ideally SAP MDG), Microsoft Office tools, and data management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
  • Fluent in English (CV must be submitted in English).
