Customer Master Data Administrator – LATAM

As a Customer Master Data Administrator supporting our Sales & Sales Support LATAM team, you will be trusted to maintain accurate, compliant, and high-quality customer master records and enable commercial teams across the region. This role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity, supporting governance, and driving a seamless customer experience for internal stakeholders.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Collaborating with LATAM commercial teams, finance, and operations to troubleshoot and resolve customer data issues with accuracy and speed.
- Executing customer master data maintenance in SAP and Salesforce, ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and GxP requirements.
- Documenting evidence, supporting annual audits, and ensuring complete and compliant records for regulatory purposes.
- Monitoring and improving data quality by reviewing processes, identifying gaps, and proposing tools or solutions that enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Supporting Tier 1 inquiries, offering exceptional internal customer service, and participating in regional or global projects that strengthen process standardization across LATAM.
- Education: Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in customer master data, customer service support, sales support, or database administration (LATAM scope preferable)
- Technical skills: SAP (Customer Master), Salesforce, Excel (intermediate–advanced) BI Tools(preferred)
