About the Job

We are seeking a
Business Data Analyst Sr
to bridge business needs and technology solutions. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing enterprise and custom applications, leading requirements and projects, and driving operational efficiency—particularly across agricultural operations. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.

This role can be based either in Ciudad Guzman, JAL or San Quintin, Baja California
.

Key Responsibiliti
es

  • Provide advanced support for enterprise and custom applications, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
  • Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and functional documentation for complex initiatives.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams on solutions, integrations, and releases.
  • Facilitate workshops, UATs, and working sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Serve as SME for assigned applications and support Agile delivery (backlogs, roadmaps).
  • Design and document end-to-end business processes and system solutions.
  • Support system upgrades, reporting needs, user training, and adoptios.
  • Balance project delivery with day-to-day operational support.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6–8 years of experience in business systems analysis or enterprise application support.
  • Strong understanding of the full SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure (.NET, SQL) and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of agricultural or field-based operational processes (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English.Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
