Sr Business Analyst

We are currently searching for a Sr Business Analyst:

Responsibilities:

• Lead meetings and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to scope, gather, and analyze complex business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with technical specifications.
• Analyze business models and processes to develop a comprehensive understanding of needs, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Bridge the gap between business and technology by clarifying application functions and data flows to align with technology capabilities.
• Support system architectural design by decomposing complex models and identifying critical inter-dependencies.
• Integrate solutions into business workstreams, providing enablement materials and training agendas to facilitate user adoption.
• Manage project scope and risks, identifying blockers and performing impact assessments on requested changes.
• Validate solutions through UAT and other testing practices to ensure they resolve core business problems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with an in-depth understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, including the ability to lead workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Advanced analytical capabilities to decompose complex business models and specify critical functions.
• Experience in technical writing, creating functional specifications and system design documentation.
• Proficiency in process mapping and analyzing business operations for future-state envisioning.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, building rapport with SMEs and high-level business partners.
• Experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validating solutions against original business objectives.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
