Dirigir y fortalecer la estrategia nacional de ventas de proyectos en los segmentos residencial, comercial y hotelero, posicionando a las marcas LIXIL como la opción preferida en desarrollos inmobiliarios y de construcción. Este rol impulsa el crecimiento sostenible mediante la influencia estratégica con desarrolladores, arquitectos y contratistas, alineando a los equipos de ventas, marketing, especificación y distribución bajo una visión comercial unificada.

Lead and elevate the national project sales strategy across residential, commercial, and hospitality segments by positioning LIXIL brands as the preferred choice for construction and real estate developments. This role drives long-term growth through strategic influence with key stakeholders (developers, architects, contractors) and by aligning sales, marketing, specification, and distribution teams under a unified go-to-market vision.

Responsabilidades

  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia comercial nacional del canal de Proyectos, alineada con los objetivos de crecimiento corporativo.
  • Define and execute the national commercial strategy for the Project channel, aligned with corporate growth objectives.
  • Liderar un equipo multifuncional de alto desempeño enfocado en especificación, ventas técnicas, ejecución comercial y cierre de proyectos.
  • Lead a high-performing cross-functional team focused on specification, technical sales, commercial execution, and project closure.
  • Expandir y administrar un sólido portafolio de proyectos de construcción y renovación en todas las regiones y segmentos.
  • Expand and manage a robust pipeline of construction and renovation projects across all regions and segments.
  • Establecer relaciones estratégicas con desarrolladores, despachos de arquitectura, cadenas hoteleras y firmas de ingeniería para asegurar influencia en etapas tempranas del proyecto.
  • Establish strategic relationships with developers, architectural firms, hotel chains, and engineering firms to secure early-stage project influence.

Requisitios
Educación /Education

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Arquitectura, Ingeniería o áreas afines. Se valora MBA o formación ejecutiva en Estrategia o Desarrollo de Negocios.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. MBA or executive education in Strategy or Business Development is highly desirable.

Conocimientos / Knowledge

  • Conocimiento profundo de la cadena de valor desarrollador-construcción-distribución en México. Comprensión de la dinámica de ventas de proyectos, especificación técnica y entornos B2B.
  • Deep knowledge of the developer-construction-distribution value chain in Mexico. Understanding of project sales dynamics, technical specification, and B2B environments.

Experiencia / Experience

  • Mínimo 2 años en posiciones de liderazgo comercial estratégico en industrias de construcción, acabados o materiales. Experiencia en gestión de portafolios nacionales y equipos multifuncionales.
  • Minimum 2 years in strategic commercial leadership roles within the construction, building materials, or finishes industries. Experience in managing national portfolios and cross-functional teams.
