Changan México is seeking a
Regional Sales Manager
to lead regional sales growth, strengthen dealer/distributor performance, and execute commercial strategies aligned with national objectives. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven professional with strong experience in dealer network management and B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals
- Manage and grow the dealer/distributor network in the assigned region
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (volume & revenue)
- Lead accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and customer follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
- Ensure CRM discipline and reporting compliance
Requirements
- 3+ years in a similar sales leadership role
- Experience managing dealer/distributor networks
- Strong negotiation and account management skills
- Knowledge of B2B sales fundamentals, forecasting, and CRM tools
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- English: Advanced
- Travel: Yes
