Changan México is seeking a
Regional Sales Manager
to lead regional sales growth, strengthen dealer/distributor performance, and execute commercial strategies aligned with national objectives. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven professional with strong experience in dealer network management and B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals
  • Manage and grow the dealer/distributor network in the assigned region
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (volume & revenue)
  • Lead accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and customer follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Ensure CRM discipline and reporting compliance

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a similar sales leadership role
  • Experience managing dealer/distributor networks
  • Strong negotiation and account management skills
  • Knowledge of B2B sales fundamentals, forecasting, and CRM tools
  • Automotive industry experience preferred
  • English: Advanced
  • Travel: Yes
