About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
Production Support L2 Engineer
with strong expertise in
Flexcube
,
PL/SQL
,
Unix
, and enterprise monitoring tools. You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, resolving production issues, and supporting business operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide
L2 production support
for the Flexcube module. - Respond to
business queries
and resolve issues within SLA timelines. - Monitor system performance using
ITRS
,
Autosys
, and other monitoring tools. - Troubleshoot and resolve application and data-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve critical incidents.
- Maintain clear documentation of incidents, RCA, and corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of
Flexcube - Proficiency in
PL/SQL - Experience working with
Unix - Familiarity with
ITRS
and monitoring tools - Hands-on experience with
Autosys - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Modality
- Hybrid
- Guadalajara, Jalisco adn Mexico City.
