Teva Wellness Lifestyle is an ultra-premium fitness & wellness brand in Polanco — and we're scaling fast. We're looking for a 
world-class visual creative
 who wants to build the visual identity of a luxury brand from the inside.

Not someone who "knows how to film."

Someone whose 
portfolio makes people stop mid-scroll.

And because Teva is expanding across Mexico and LATAM, this role isn't just another job — 
it's a long-term career path
 with massive future growth. The creative who joins us now will eventually help build and lead the entire creative department.

Who You Are

You're the kind of photographer/videographer who sees luxury in the small details — the light, the movement, the aesthetics, the feeling. You shoot like a storyteller and edit like a film director. You take your craft seriously enough to own your equipment because you're a professional, not a hobbyist.

You thrive in fitness, wellness, and high-end environments. You want a place where your creative fingerprint will shape the brand from the ground up. You're hands-on, proactive, constantly generating ideas — not waiting for direction.

And while your main strength is producing stunning visuals, you also understand the basics of 
what performs and converts
 on social media. You get how content drives growth, engagement, and brand perception.

Your Mission at Teva


• Capture Teva's luxury aesthetic through 
magazine-level photography
 and 
cinematic video content


• Film 
Teva community experiences
 such as running club meetups, expert talks, wellness workshops, and special member events


• Create content that elevates the brand above every other gym/wellness center in Mexico


• Own the full creative process: concepts, filming, editing, delivery


• Bring fresh ideas — not wait for assignments


• Work closely with the founders to shape the brand's visual identity


• Develop and eventually lead Teva's creative department as we grow


• Produce high-conversion content for social, ads, brand campaigns, and events


• Deliver fast, but never at the expense of quality

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)


• A portfolio that looks like it belongs to a global luxury brand


• Ability to film & edit at a cinematic level


• Skill in color grading, lighting, and composition


• Ownership of professional equipment (camera, lenses, stabilizers, audio optional)


• Strong understanding of luxury aesthetics — minimalism, texture, mood, movement


• Ability to come up with concepts independently


• Comfortable directing talent, clients, and staff on set


• Passion for the fitness/wellness world


• 
Bilingual: Spanish + English (must speak both)


• Understanding of social media performance and what type of content converts

(Not a paid-ads specialist — just someone with good instincts for what works.)
