About the role: We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper who will be the single owner of the entire accounting and administrative stack, spanning personal entities, a holding company, and multiple operating businesses. This is a full-ownership role responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping, reporting hygiene, and financial administration—ensuring the founder never has to worry about filings, investor support, or day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate is sharp, independent, and thrives in ambiguity, with the confidence to build systems from scratch and take full accountability rather than follow step-by-step instructions.

What You'll Do
You will be the day-to-day accounting owner across multiple US entities, including:Full bookkeeping for multiple US entities (personal, holding company, operating companies)Monthly and quarterly closes (QuickBooks / Excel)Capital call tracking, investor contributions, and reconciliationsQuarterly investor reporting (financials, simple KPIs, Excel-based summaries)Preparation and coordination of:1099-INT (US investors)1042 / 1042-S (non-US investors)Entity-level tax packages for CPA reviewMaintaining clean audit-ready books (even before audits exist)Supporting regulatory and compliance workflows (Form D, state notices, investor records)Acting as the internal "control center" for admin, deadlines, and filingsYou will not be micromanaged. We do weekly check-ins for priorities and unblockers — the rest is yours to run.What You Need
This role is intentionally selective. Strong candidates usually have most of the following:Background at a Big 4 or top accounting firm, followed by in-house experienceDeep familiarity with US GAAPHands-on experience with multi-entity bookkeepingVery smart, problem solver & eager to learnExperience supporting:Investor reporting1099s and/or 1042-SWorking with CPAs and tax advisorsVery strong Excel/spreadsheet skillsComfortable learning new workflows quickly and figuring things out independently:Uses AI tools productively (ChatGPT, spreadsheets, automation)High ownership mindset — you treat the books as your systemAdvanced English (written and spoken)This role is best suited for someone hungry, sharp, and ambitious, not someone looking for routine AP/AR work.Salary & Perks
Competitive SalaryThis is a full-time, long-term position.
