Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Attraction Specialist, located in San Luis Potosí, SLP. Responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, identifying talent through sourcing and networking, managing the hiring process, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce needs. The selected candidate will also ensure a positive candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Headhunting
  • Experience with Sourcing, Screening Candidates, and Interviewing Processes
  • Strong knowledge of Employer Branding and strategies for building an attractive company culture
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with ability to build positive relationships
  • Organizational and Time Management skills for handling multiple recruitment processes efficiently
  • Proficiency in HR tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
  • Prior experience in recruitment for industrial or engineering sectors is a plus
