Actividades
*Acompañamiento y seguimiento puntual al estudiante, buscando tener la mayo permanencia y eficiencia del estudiante conforme a los procesos y reglamentos institucionales.
*Seguimiento de las estrategias a para la retención y recuperación de matrícula.
*Contactar, informar, fomentar y asegurar la reinscripción del estudiante a partir de la segmentación utilizada, de un ciclo escolar al siguiente ciclo escolar.
*Apoyar en las actividades de vida estudiantil, fortalecimiento académico, entre otras; con el propósito de mantener la interacción y la motivación de los estudiantes, y así contribuir en la retención y permanencia de los mismos.
Asegurar la atención de los estudiantes en los diferentes momentos de su carrera, buscando siempre el mayor índice de eficiencia terminal.
*Contribuir en el proceso de regularización financiera
