Role Description

Greether is seeking an
Interim Head of Operations / Chief of Staff
for a
part-time, short-term contract (2–3 months)
to support execution, partnerships, and project momentum during a focused operational phase. This is for someone who loves startups, making things happen, traveling and women empowerment.

This role serves as a
central execution lead
— ensuring projects move forward, partnerships don't stall, and priorities stay aligned. You'll work closely with the founder and play a hands-on role in
driving initiatives forward
, not just maintaining them.

This is an excellent opportunity for a
former founder, early-stage operator, or highly driven builder
who enjoys wearing multiple hats, pushing projects across the finish line, and contributing directly to growth.

Time & Duration

  • Part-time:
    ~20–30+ hours per week
  • Duration:
    2–3 months
  • Start:
    As soon as possible
  • Contract:
    Short-term, with potential to extend if mutually aligned
  • Where:
    Completely remote
  • Languages:
    English fluency(required) and Spanish conversational (a plus)

What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day operational execution and follow-through
  • Track and manage active projects, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ensure initiatives stay aligned with priorities and deadlines
  • Initiate, manage, and follow up on partnership conversations (intros, coordination, next steps)
  • Track partnership status, owners, and outcomes in a simple, clear system
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders involved in partnerships, campaigns, or projects
  • Triage internal communications and requests, reducing noise for the founder
  • Make low-risk decisions independently and escalate only high-impact items
  • Provide concise, action-oriented weekly updates to the founder

  • Ability to track deals, follow up consistently, and close loops
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to cut through noise
  • Sound judgment in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Calm under pressure; high ownership, low ego
  • Experience working closely with founders and small, remote teams
  • A bias toward action — you don't wait to be told what to do

Experience in travel, marketplaces, community-driven products, or women-focused brands is a plus, but not required.
