Job Summary –
·This position will provide system & process support for printing department, following and analysis of specific data. For this position strong analysis skills are essential. Main task: to process customer´s purchase order process and follow up. Supports day-to-day support activities and transactions (training, quotes, credits, returns & replacements, changes, relocations, cancellations, disputes and archiving all transactions documentation)
Years of experience needed – 2-3
Technical Skills:
· Fluent English spoken and written.
· Customer-facing role in the specified assigned Region.
· Excellence in customer service
· Ensure high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers and prospects.
· Prioritize workload. High attention to detail and proven organization and administration skills.
· Zero client escalations and adherence to all SLAs
· Exercise judgment within defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
· Thrives working in a fast paced/high revenue environment, demonstrates a high sense of urgency. Meeting with Specific Schedules for coverage of assigned activities.

Certifications Needed:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.

Pay: $15,000.00 per month
