We are currently seeking an Events Advisor to join our team.

The Events Advisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events to support organizational goals and enhance engagement. This role involves managing event logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring that events run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in event planning and management.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Brainstorming and building comprehensive event plans
• Coordinating event plans across diverse teams
• Managing budgets and invoices on time
• Liaising with vendors and managing contracts
• Negotiating event sponsorship deals
• Handling on-site logistics
• Presenting plans to senior leaders
• Managing consistent brand-approved communications and creative content
• Executing strong event feedback surveys
• Obtaining permits
• Develop and implement event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Manage event promotion and marketing efforts to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate event success, providing feedback reports and recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of eight years of relevant marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, hospitality, or an equivalent combination of event certification and work experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel to events and oversee onsite logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and motivate teams to achieve shared objectives effectively.

Additional skills and experience:

• Client Resource Management (Salesforce) and Marketing Tools experience (Stova)
• Good leadership and fast decision-making abilities
• Skilled in risk management
