The Offline Brand Manager is responsible for leading the execution of high-impact brand campaigns across offline channels, including TV, radio, out-of-home (OOH), events, and experiential marketing. This role oversees the creative development, production, and rollout of all offline brand initiatives, ensuring excellence in execution and consistency with the brand's identity and positioning.
Working closely with creative, media, and production partners, the Offline Brand Manager plays a key role in bringing the brand to life in the physical world through campaigns, sponsorships, and large-scale activations.
Challenges that await you:
- Lead the implementation and execution of Plata's offline brand campaigns.
- Develop and manage campaign guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all offline touchpoints.
- Oversee campaign shooting, filming, and production processes, ensuring high creative and production standards.
- Coordinate and manage the relationship with the Creative Agency throughout concept development and execution.
- Plan and execute events, brand experiences, and offline brand activations (BTL).
- Lead creative actions and brand activations related to major moments.
- Coordinate creative assets and deliverables with the Media Agency for optimal deployment.
- Coordinate event and production partners for creative materials for TV, radio, OOH, events, and BTL.
- Oversee copyrighting processes, including contracts, usage rights, and talent releases.
- Cascade campaign messaging and assets across all relevant offline and integrated channels.
- Lead and manage strategic sponsorships and partnerships within the banking and financial services industry, including public forums, government-led initiatives, industry associations, and high-profile sector events.
What makes you a great fit:
- Fluent English.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in brand management, offline marketing, or integrated marketing campaigns.
- Above-The-Line (ATL) advertising in a diverse channel environment.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale offline campaigns, events, productions, and brand activations.
- Strong experience working with creative and media agencies.
- Solid understanding of offline media channels (TV, radio, OOH, BTL, events).
- Experience managing sponsorships, experiential marketing, and high-visibility brand moments.
- High attention to detail and strong creative judgment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
