Buscamos un IT Specialist responsable de brindar soporte técnico a usuarios, administrar sistemas y asegurar el buen funcionamiento de la infraestructura tecnológica de la empresa. La persona ideal es analítica, proactiva y capaz de resolver problemas de manera eficiente, manteniendo altos estándares de servicio.

Experiencia y requisitos

Responsabilidades

  • Brindar soporte técnico de primer y segundo nivel a usuarios (presencial y remoto).
  • Administrar y dar mantenimiento a equipos de cómputo, impresoras y periféricos.
  • Configurar, instalar y actualizar software y sistemas operativos (Windows / Linux).
  • Administrar redes básicas: cableado, switches, WiFi, impresión en red.
  • Monitorear y mantener la infraestructura de TI (servidores, respaldos, antivirus).
  • Documentar procesos, incidencias y soluciones.
  • Coordinarse con proveedores externos cuando sea necesario.
  • Implementar mejoras y participar en proyectos tecnológicos.

Requisitos

  • Carrera en Sistemas, Informática o afín.
  • Nivel de inglés: Intermedio - avanzado.

Conocimiento en:

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 a 2 años en soporte técnico o puesto similar.
  • Sistemas operativos Windows (indispensable)
  • Linux (deseable)
  • Redes básicas (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS)
  • Mantenimiento de hardware
  • Herramientas de ticketing
  • Habilidades de diagnóstico y resolución de problemas.
  • Comunicación efectiva y actitud de servicio.
