A day in the life:

In the electrifying role of Sales Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of creating dynamic statistical reports, delivering powerful insights that energize our leadership team to make impactful decisions. As the trailblazer of technology innovation and adoption, you'll ignite a spark of progress throughout the region, driving Monster Energy's success to new heights.

The impact you'll make:

  • Provide analysis and interpretation of internal and external market data, highlight any underlying trends to identify new market opportunities, and recommend strategies to increase the organization's profitability.
  •  Conduct necessary analysis and provide interpretation and insights to business development management (BDM) and sales management. Generate reports and scorecards for the management, BDM, commercial, and sales teams.
  • Track new products, promotions, and special products and provides reporting to management.
  • Build customer centric knowledge by managing relationship and network within the different divisions and groups, including but not limited to the strategy and category management teams
  •  Build customer and retail intelligence and maintain / analyze survey data from field and street teams
  • Aid in the development of the Monster Energy Sales Team through training of Salient, Margin Minder, Nielsen and VIP Reporting.
  •  Monitor execution of programs specific to sales at a BU level and communicates at the BU level for special focuses, priorities, goals, and strategic initiatives
  • Maintain weekly, monthly, and annual reporting to include but not limited to Dashboard reports, costing reports, store listing, Sales bonus tracking, etc. and as post as required
  • Manage communication at the business unit (BU) level for special focuses, priorities, goals, and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and preparing Sales Presentations, utilizing fact‐based data from multiple sources and present ideas internally and externally as needed.

Who you are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of ‐‐ Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1‐3 years of experience in sales or analytics in beverage, Consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related field
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1‐3 years of experience in sales in a retail, wholesaler or distributor environment
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluent in Spanish and English preferred
