Nos encontramos buscando a nuestro próximo profesional para unirse en nuestro equipo en el rol de: Payments Processor Propósito del rol: Garantizar la ejecución correcta del procesamiento de los pagos en dólares de USA mundialmente para todos los afiliados al grupo HSBC, siendo manejado a través del Sistema Global de Pagos (GPS). Actividades principales:
  • Reparar todos los pagos dentro de las filas de Entrada y Salida que no son formateados propiamente o contienen información insuficiente para que sean procesados de manera automática.
  • Validar en los sistemas apropiados la información necesaria para ejecutar la reparación de los pagos Non STP para su correcto procesamiento.
  • Ejecutar investigación adicional o procesamiento especial para los pagos que no pueden repararse. En estos casos, el operador de reparación intentará encontrar los detalles de pago correctos o anotará el pago con el motivo registrado en la pestaña Notas en el pago y pasará a las investigaciones para su revisión.
  • Cumplir con las reparaciones en los tiempos de corte estipulados para cada proceso.
  • Cumplir con la garantía establecida con negocio para la Operación de los Procesos y aumentar el STP, respetar los tiempos de entrega.
  • Identificar oportunidades para aumentar la eficiencia y la coherencia del proceso.
  • Recibir retroalimentación y seguimiento mensual a los objetivos establecidos al personal del equipo.
  • Participar en los equipos de trabajo y proyectos estipulados, cuidando el cumplimiento de las garantías operativas e implantar los cambios en normativas y demás necesidades de la institución.
  • Actividades administrativas adicionales (auditorías, elaboración de reportes, etcétera).
Requisitos:
  • Conocimientos en estadística y contabilidad (nivel medio).
  • Licenciatura terminada.
  • Experiencia en la operación de sistemas para realizar operaciones en los mercados financieros.
  • Experiencia previa laborando en alguna institución financiera, o alguna otra área dentro de HSBC.
  • Experiencia en el manejo de procesos operativos, situaciones críticas y experiencia en documentación de procesos.
  • Poseer habilidades de innovación, proactividad, mejora continua y autodirigido(a).
  • Habilidades de comunicación: escrita y verbal 
  • Trabajo bajo presión.
  • Disponibilidad de horario.
  • Inglés avanzado (indispensable)
  • Paquetería principal Office: Excel, Word, PPT, Visio (Nivel Intermedio).
