Requisitos y conocimientos

  • Licenciatura concluida
  • Experiencia entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia como Product Owner.
  • Conocimientos en diferentes Frameworks de agilidad: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Agile.
  • Indispensable experiencia en el sector de retail y consultoría. Deseable experiencia en el sector financiero.
  • Habilidades solidas de facilitación de ceremonias agiles y workshops de comunicación, experiencia en el uso de prácticas y técnicas ágiles.
  • Generar buena comunicación con Stakeholders
  • Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de gestión agile (JIRA preferentemente o similares), indicadores y métricas agile.
  • Seguimiento del roadmap del proyecto y eliminación de impedimentos dentro del equipo con áreas transversales.
  • Deseable nivel alto de inglés, trabajamos en proyectos internacionales.
  • Nuestro formato de trabajo es híbrido, la zona de trabajo es en Ciudad de México.
