ISP IT Manager Role Profile
Purpose of Role
The IT Manager is responsible for leading and managing all technology-related functions within the school. This role plays a key part in planning, implementing, and maintaining technological systems that support both educational and administrative operations. The IT Manager ensures that all technology resources operate efficiently, securely, and align with institutional goals and regional IT strategies.

ISP Administration Teacher Key Responsibilities

•Strategic Planning
Collaborate with the School Principal and the Regional IT Manager to develop a technology strategy aligned with the school's educational and administrative objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend new technologies that enhance efficiency and support learning outcomes.
Technology Infrastructure Management
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, CCTV, and computer equipment.
Ensure system security, data integrity, and reliable network performance.
Application Development and Maintenance
Manage and maintain educational platforms, ERP systems, and administrative applications.
Support the integration of digital tools that enhance teaching and learning.
Technical Support
Lead the technical support team to ensure timely and effective assistance for teachers, students, and administrative staff.
Develop and implement IT support policies, procedures, and service-level standards.
Project Management
Lead projects related to the implementation of new technologies or system upgrades.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and adoption of technological solutions.
Budget and Resource Management
Prepare and manage the annual IT budget.
Oversee the procurement of hardware and software, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal use of resources.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT management, including team leadership.
Intermediate level of English (reading and technical comprehension required)
Experience
- Project management in technology implementation and infrastructure.
Budget management for IT departments.
Experience with ERP systems, administrative software, and related digital platforms.
Operation of communication infrastructure (networks, telephony, CCTV).
Device administration through Intune or similar platforms.
User support and Help Desk management.
Experience with PHP or similar programming languages.
