We are seeking a highly experienced Employment Law Paralegal to lead our employment law practice.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of California employment laws and procedures.
  • Strong experience in all aspects of litigating employment law matters.
  • Ability to effectively manage a team.
  • Experience drafting pleadings, motions, declarations, and legal correspondence.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective and professional communication skills when interacting with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
  • Proficiency with legal software, calendaring systems, and Microsoft Office.

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience as an employment law paralegal.
