**Paralegal - Title IX / Employment Litigation - Remote, Work From Home**- **$25,000 - $35,000 MXN Monthly**:- **Full-time, remote position**:- **Company in USA**:- **Opportunities for growth**Interstaff LLC is a global staffing company searching for a **qualified Abogado / Paralegal - Remote.****Position Overview**:**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Draft, format, and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, pleadings, and other court filings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.- Assist attorneys in the discovery process by preparing and propounding discovery requests, managing document production, and responding to discovery requests.- Conduct thorough legal research to support attorneys in case preparation, including the analysis of case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to Title IX civil litigation.- Provide high-quality legal writing services, including drafting memoranda, briefs, legal arguments, and other written materials that effectively present legal arguments in a clear and persuasive manner.- Organize and maintain case files, documents, and deadlines, ensuring that all legal deadlines are met in a timely manner.- Prepare, review, and file legal documents with the appropriate courts, ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures.- Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, hearings, and court appearances, and ensure attorneys are well-prepared for upcoming events.- Maintain the confidentiality and security of client information and sensitive documents.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in paralegal studies or law.- Paralegal certification or law degree preferred.- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a paralegal with a strong background in Title IX civil litigation.- Proficiency in legal research, document management, and case management software.- Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive legal arguments and documents.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.- Knowledge of relevant Title IX laws, regulations, and court procedures preferred- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.**Working From Home**:- Fluent in spoken and written English- Good American accent- Quiet home office work environment- Willing to work in US PST time zone- Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet back-up available- Dependable electricity with power back-up available- At least 8-gen i3 processors, 8GB RAM, and Windows or MAC, SSD DiscPay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to work 8am - 5pm PST Monday through Friday?**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Paralegal, USA: 1 year (required)- Paralegal, California: 1 year (preferred)- USA Title IX / Employment: 1 year (required)- CA Title IX / Employment: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English at a B2 level or above (required)Work Location: Remote
