Objective:
To manage general services, central maintenance, demineralized water plant, cogeneration plant, calibration laboratory, and wastewater treatment plant to ensure continuous operation of Home Care, PCP's, Soaps, Oral Care, and Plastics plants. This includes budget administration, project implementation for savings, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and supervise the cogeneration plant and general services.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environment, and hygiene standards.
- Supervise and coordinate project implementation.
- Apply Factory Performance and Reliability standards.
- Administer critical services and guarantee water plant operation, including review of all water systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Electromechanical Engineering or related engineering .
- Experience: 2 years in similar positions.
- Technical Skills: Advanced project administration, 90% English proficiency, managerial skills/team management, quality systems, safety, health, and environmental systems.
