Descripción del puesto
Como Manager de Ingeniería en GNS Automotive Mexico, liderarás y dirigirás todos los aspectos de la Ingeniería de Planta, con el objetivo principal de maximizar el volumen de producción, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad y los objetivos de costos.
Requisitos
- Experiencia indispensable en metalmecánica, en procesos de Hot Stamping, Spot Welding y Corte Laser.
- Amplio conocimiento de APQP, PPAP y Coretools.
- Conocimientos sólidos en software de simulaciones o autocad.
- Conocimiento mandatorio en CQI-9 y CQI-15.
- Habilidad en lanzamientos de nuevos productos, incluyendo la planificación y conocimiento de cotizaciones.
- Liderazgo de equipos de trabajo.
- Mejora continua.
- Ingles avanzado.
