El candidato ideal será responsable de asegurar el control financiero operativo del negocio, trabajando desde la realidad diaria de la empresa. Este rol tiene un enfoque hands-on, orientado a ordenar, analizar y estructurar la información financiera para dar visibilidad y soporte directo al CEO, sin frenar la operación ni imponer esquemas corporativos.

No es un rol de auditoría, política interna ni control corporativo tradicional.

Responsabilidades

Gestionar el flujo de caja semanal y mensual.

Controlar presupuestos, forecast y centros de costo por proyecto.

Analizar márgenes, desviaciones y rentabilidad con enfoque práctico.

Coordinarse de forma cercana con contabilidad interna y despacho externo.

Elaborar reportes financieros ejecutivos y dashboards claros y accionables.

Requisitos

Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad o afín.

6+ años de experiencia en roles financieros operativos.

Experiencia real en flujo de efectivo y costeo por proyecto.

Excel financiero avanzado.

Perfil hands-on, analítico, con criterio y enfoque en negocio.

La posición requiere residencia en Nuevo León.
