Accounting Controller Manager

A Logistic company of high-quality refrigerated storage is looking for an Accounting Controller Manager to join their Team at Monterrey, Mexico. 

Requerments:
  • Responsible for monitoring monthly, quarter and year end close process with all legal entities in Mexico, guaranteeing process is concluded on time and compliant with corporate instructions (proper accounts classification according to corporate chart of accounts, compliance with accounting policies, etc);
  • Review all accounts reconciliation and reports from accounting team; 
  • Guide the team on proper accounting treatment for M&A/Business combination activities;
  • Coordinate year audit process, including Financial statements preparation; 
  • Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations, especially their control systems, transaction
  • processing operations, and policies and procedures
  • Work close to ERP implementation team to guarantee proper accounting set up for financials modules; 
  • Manage day by day accounting for Meixcos' legal entities either done by outsourced functions or internally
  • Garanteeing compliance with IFRS and NIF
Skills/experience required:
  • Hands-on experience with consolidated reporting in complex legal entity organizations structure (include multiple entities in different countries and recurring business combination activities);
  • Experience with fast pacing environment of multiple acquisitions (M&A)
  • Experience with accounting policies implementation
  • Experience on ERP implementation
  • Fluent English (MUST B2 - B2+ - C1)
